Sam
Anthony
is Director of Lecture Programs at the National Archives and
Records Administration, an agency where he was worked for
12 years. From 1991 to 1994 he worked as an archives technician
in the microfilm, textual, and motion picture research rooms.
From 1994 to 1998 he assisted patrons with their research
as a member of the Archives Library Information Center. Since
1998, he has worked in the Public Programs (now Museum Programs)
office, hosting over 350 lectures, book signings, and symposia.
He received his B.A. from UNC-CH in 1991 and his M.L.S. from

Shirley
Arrington is an assistant director at PEP and a graduate
of PEP 18. Shirley directs both the Higher School Performance
Program and the Developing Future Leaders Program. She
received a BS from North Carolina Wesleyan College.
She holds an MA and an Ed.D. from Campbell University.

Frances
Bradburn is the director of the Division of Instructional
Technologies for the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction.
She
received a Masters of Library Science from UNC-Greensboro
and a Bachelor’s from Wake Forest University. Previously,
Ms. Bradburn served as the Section Chief for both Educational
Resources Evaluation Services and School Media Programs at

Sheila
Cory is a PEP Associate. Before coming to PEP she
was the director for instructional technology and media in
the Chapel Hill/Carrboro City Schools. She holds a BA
in Sociology from San Francisco State University and a masters
and a doctorate in Educational Psychology from UNC-Chapel

Gallelli is an assistant director at PEP and a former
associate superintendent of Dare County Schools. Before
coming to PEP he worked at the NC Department of Public Instruction,
heading up the state's Effective Schools project. He
holds BS and MS degrees from SUNY at Fredonia and an EdS from

Debbie
Goldbeck is an assistant director with PEP and a former
teacher and administrator in the Nash-Rocky Mount Schools.

Hostetler is an assistant director at PEP, directing legal

Powell is PEP’s associate director and the assistant director
for the Leadership Program for New Principals. Before

Brad
Sneeden is PEP's Director and UNC Associate Vice President
for University-School Programs. Before coming to PEP he
